Wow, retail sales not good again. I don't think this really
affects the AI overlord trade so much. They're in full-on battle
mode and likely will be for I'd say a couple years at least. Most
of them get their revenues from businesses and especially the
government, so they're not as sensitive to this number.
This supports what I was saying yesterday about demand not
necessarily being the reason for some of the commodity rallies
we're seeing (Gold yes, Copper no)

you using something specific to images like midjourney? I'm lazy
and also just don't think they will last long before getting rolled
into a single multi modal AI....but it looks like they're putting
the brakes on that in a few different areas (I can't do images in
Chap GPT anymore) and the censorship is pretty heavy
also.
