Is there somewhere you can get the Vix where it's not delayed? I'd like to track it with the bollinger bands, watching it react to closing back inside the bands vs the price action on the indexes as I trade index futures, but being delayed is an issue.

Yes and many other options such as a triangle and flat as part of a wave 4  - holding above prior lows is key for bulls 

Steve on your 30 minute charts of SPX and QQQ is it possible that this could still be an ABC as long as the highs from April 9th are not taken out?
