Gold and especially gold stocks have pulled back strongly along
with the market. I'm pretty happy with my gold analysis the last
month, I have a sell signal on GDX on June 4/5 and it has been down
ever since and I have been very clear that they are following the
market down and would correct along with the market
Matt, if I recall, you have been pretty dead on with your gold
analysis for the past year - that's how long I;ve been listening to
you and I don't think you've missed much. Of course, that extends
to your call on the markets as well....you must not sleep much!
LOL!
rgoodwin- now if I
could just master the 'Sleep thing'. I dont' sleep
enough. Also I don't like my bed, I'm going to buy a really
good bed. Any thoughts out there on Tempurpedic vs Air
adjustable , vs just a good normal mattress? Lots of
options
Such a personal matter. I recommend the Plasmabed Deluxe King,
which is different than Tempurpedic IMO. I can't sleep on a
coil spring mattress - all those coils pushing against your body
all night cutting off the circulation, that is uncomfortable for
me. Of course I don't have much body fat, maybe that makes a
difference, dunno. Anyway I went from no sleep to solid sleep by
changing to Plasmabed. Like floating on a cloud
Having kept my mouth shut all morning, I'm going to weigh in on
the most important item being discussed on the blog -- beds!
Another vote for the Simmons Beautyrest! Love it.

My vote goes for 100% natural latex mattresses.I'm a real cheap
ass and bought one of these because of the extremely long life
span- up to 30-40 years without sagging. It has to be natural and
not a mix of synthetic as those are crap.We have a 3 layer buildup
bed that can be configured to different softness levels on each
side;the suppler we went through is

matt, try sleeping on the floor with a very thin mattress.. If
it works for you, it does wonders for your back.... It costs
nothing and it is a free trial for as long as you want...

are you sure you do not have sleep apnea? it may not be your
bed...80% of the people in the USA have some form or another of
sleep apnea and do not know they do...bottom line, if you dont wake
up as energized as you were when you were a kid and do nto have
deep dreams at night something is wrong
My wife and I tried a tempurpedic bed for 30 days and sent it
back. When it's cold, it's really hard until your body warms
it up. Then you sink into it and it molds around you so you
can't turn over or change position easily. Lay on your side
on one of their pillows, and it will let your head sink into it
almost to the point it seems to suffocate you. That's our
two-cents worth.

Robin, I concur. Matt, if heat is your enemy, avoid Tempur like
the plague. You wouldn't wear synthetic undergarments, would you? *
So why 'wear' a synthetic bed by sleeping against it for 8 hours? I
am in the industry so I'm biased, but pocket-spring mattresses
filled with natural materials are the only way forward - cotton,
wool, horsehair, etc. If I lived in the States, I would have done
you a deal...
* kinky parties, excepted. Only if that's your thing, of
course...
Matt, I had one of those memory foam beds for several years.
Different manufacturer but same material. IT TOTALLY SUCKED. I used
to get up sore everywhere from a night's sleep. Try and see if you
can get a company to give you a 30 day in home trial. In Vegas,
even the furniture stores will do that - if you don't like what you
get - you have to exchange it with them, but they will exchange.
And many of the expensive companies like Tempurpedic will give you
a trial period - try to do that - save some money - once the
investment is made you feel stuck.

I prefer Simmons Beautyrest, the kind where either of you can get out of bed without the other person feeling it.
