SPX closing value - I might have passed the CFP exam but
it's not because math is my strong suit. That said, these volume
numbers at today's close don't seem to add up (look at the 30
second chart and then the 10 second chart) Any ideas what I might
be missing?
Nevermind - I got it. The volume candles are simply coded
green or red based on the price candle they are associated with.
It's not an actual measure of positive vs negative
volume.

Haha. Very Interesting. I think I would maybe flub on the
repeating numbers or words backwards (unless I was warned ahead of
time) and also the recall thing after going through more questions.
I'd likely come in somewhere around 26 (normal but less than Trump
)
I imagine that test would be a ball buster for Biden and any
other elderly person that had declining mental acuity. I'll be
there someday probably but I work out like a crazy man and
eat very clean in the hopes of putting it off as long as
possible.
I just got back from the gym, checks, shoulders. At 51 years
old, almost 52 can free bench 300 lbs, not bad I think, but gotta
be careful about injuries now.
I try to eat mostly clean as well, I keep my protein pretty high
about 220 grams a day, and the supplements that I've determined
seem to be best
Gym workouts. As we get older switching from free weights to
bands can eliminate pretty much 95% of injuries. Shifting 80/20
between bands and weights offers both the muscle strength workout
and the grip strength workout without the injuries. (A Tom Brady
longevity trick.)

Sounds good but I'd maybe substitute something out for the bench
press. So many opportunities for injury with that particular
exercise...form has to be perfect. I do mostly functional
work with kettlebells, TRX, pullups, pushup, bars and
ropes...and about 4 hours of cardio per week. We're the same age.
Injuries can set us back so far that it's hard to come back at our
age. The days pictured below are long gone for me....it takes work
now and avoidance of injury.

Would YOU pass the gold-standard dementia tests that experts want Biden to take? Try it and tell us how you get on... | Daily Mail Online
Experts today told DailyMail.com that it was critical the White House was transparent about the President's mental acuity after the DOJ described Biden, 81, as a 'elderly man with a poor memory.'
