hey matt- can you show an update on the 401(k) / monthly ES exhaustion short tonight (with TS stats)?

I'm interested to see what levels its looking for if/when a pullback ever occurs.  Also, should we continue higher will the 401(k) system buy back in at a higher level??

Sort of a "medium picture discussion".   Thanks!!

ES system using monthly bars (I think).

Hey Matt-- 401(k) paint dry

Hey Matt-- 401(k) paint dry system still in cash, right?  Does the monthly exhaustion condition ever stop out? Can you post a TS chart update at some point addressing this?

This ES is just relentless.

Thanks.

Does anyone know if the ES System triggered long yesterday?

I have one chart showing a buy and another not showing one.  Can't find it on the subsystems either.

Thanks.

Happy Belated Birthday, Steve!

Happy Belated Birthday, Steve!

Hey Pinguin- I had a game called 'Speculator' in the 1980s (it was on 5.25" floppy and for the original IBM PC) given to me by my Dad.  In it, you could" trade" commodities like gold, crude oil and orange juice --although you had to wait for your order to go from a stick figure phone clerk to the pit!!.  Ten years later I was trading in that same OJ pit. Thirty years later I'm talking about it here!  Never too young to catch the bug.  Maybe try to find a similar "game" for them to "play".  Or else maybe try a paper trading account.  Maybe you guys can all compete with eachother!!

Just went through this myself.  I've used (and still have accounts with)TD Ameritrade, Tradestation, and IB.  TDA has a very good mobile platform but their executions and commissions are terrible ($2.25 + exchange fees[another$1.19]=$3.44/lot  for ES  futures as well as the pleasure of the platform freezing when it gets really busy).  Tradestation is an excellent product for charting and programming.  I have some IRA accounts with them. Their options platform is rather good and  their fees are better than TDA.  However, you CANNOT trade options on futures from the main platform.  You have to have a separate Futures+ account which is web-based and terrible and not attached to your equity account.  I think TS is $1.25or $1.50/lot +exchange fees.  I recently moved to IB (in September) and think its great.  $.80+$1.24=$2.04/lot for ES futures plus volume rebates.  Don't love their mobile platform for options or their charts but definitely the most professional desktop product and the fees can't be beat.  Hope this helps!!

Does anyone know if CBOE or CME intend to list options on BTC? or just BTC futures??

ES TRADE

Looks like its in the module configuration.  If long Trend logic is "ON" second entry will show up. Otherwise, no.  My window marked "RSI 40 Off" does not show the trade.

(Also, Matt -- can you please add me to the ES System email list when you get a chance? --Thanks.)

Since the second buy to the SPY Pro System uses SSO, does anyone know when SSO goes ex-dividend? It's usually a day or two after SPY but I cant seem to find it anywhere.

It looks as though the 60 Stochastic is crossing just above the 20 level (?).  Would SPY Pro system look to add to longs today?
