Hard to believe people are going to bid up the market into this
weekend. Israel kind of has a Saturday morning score to
settle....world could be changed again by Monday...or
not.

Nah, I think it's more neutral to flat positioning. Not
many have the cajones to outright short the market going into such
a seasonally strong period with the ever present threat of bailouts
looming into an election year. January would likely be a upcoming
bloodbath...if not for the election year.
Today alone I read an article about housing group calling for
lower rates and watched segments on CNBC with guests suggesting
bailing out the banks via a new TARP and increasing home
affordability by having the Gov buy MBS. Lessons don't get
learned...we just repeat mistakes. Have to assume that printing is
coming, one way or another.
yep agree, risk on both sides long and short. Could be a
disaster on the weekend and horrible Monday, or some sort of minor
resolution that causes the market to gap up. not a bad thing
to be conservative going into weekend
I asked Midjourney to render an image of Steve ringing the
wallstreet bell to close out the session, I think it did a pretty
good job, looks like steve LOL
yeah LOL, I will. The thing about Midjourney AI, the hardest
part is describing what you want, there's a whole learning curve on
that, figuring out how to get it to render something that you want
vs some weird nonsense

Yep but if everyone is short into the weekend, don't market makers have to buy stock to hedge?

Haha, that button-up shirt looks like late 90s, early 2000s. Nice and baggy, oversized!
