That SPY option for the open SPY system trade was obvious up
today, but being a Dec call and already expensive, I think entry
price was $25 - trading for 27.5 now. If some of you choose cheaper
options with a lower delta or went with Nov instead of Dec calls
those would have had a larger % move.
one thing I need to get back to is my testing on the basket of
ETF's, I did some initial work on that a couple months ago and had
to stop. Here's a list of the ETF's I was working on, so basically
I would be adding the SPY systems to this basket of ETF's. So
instead of just the SPY system, we'd have like the SPY system on
like 20 ETF's. It's such a mammoth project. Plus I do have some
concerns about logistically being able to handle sending the trades
out - especially on overlap. Anyway I'll start back the testing
sometime soon, maybe a product for next year as I'm sure it would
take me the rest of this year to complete it

I've been thinking it could be an app, especially with all of
the additional signals that would be generated, these could simply
be text alerts on your phone. An app would also allow this to be a
separate product to help defray the cost/effort of creating and
backtesting all these sector systems
As far as the market: For SPX bullish view is that the ABC
completed while bearish view is this bounce a wave b/2 of C or 3.
Could also be more complex
too early to say for sure yet, I'll give a slight edge to the
'bulls'
longer term though I do think those quarterly charts will
eventually need to be worked off, but again that's quarterly not
something to consider trades from right now

An idea that comes to mind is a radar screen that would be able to show a grid of all the trades in one place.
