Interesting both Fool and IBD

Interesting both Fool and IBD have picked up FICO as a l/t  buy target.  The chart doesn't look great but maybe on a pullback.

"The stock hasn't seen a weekly sell-off in heavy turnover since the week ended Sept. 4. And in that week, FICO fell less than 1.5% as bulls tried to prop the stock back up near its 10-week moving average.

Fair Isaac's earnings jumped 62% in the third quarter to $3.25 a share vs. a year ago as sales picked up 23%.

Both the top and bottom lines showed accelerating growth vs. Q2 results.

    Fund sponsorship is strong.

Mutual funds owning shares have ramped up to 967 as of the end of Q3 this year, compared with 747 at the end of 2019"

I like the idea of buying the Fool recommendations when the charts make sense for swings.

I agree, it usually means they have strong earnings behind them, which is what ultimately makes stocks go higher in the long run. Of course keeping an eye on general market weather and price action of both is always the right idea. Please keep featuring the IBD and Motley fool stuff. Great work

speaking of IBD and Fool - if anyone where subscribes to IBD, I used to have a subscription but don't currently, can you send me their list of IBD 50 stocks and IBD 20? I like to place them on a list in Stockcharts and on the KISS charts to monitor them. The list I have I think is 4 - 5 months old and I know they change them continuously,

just pm me or send me an email bptrades@gmail.com

    thanks

Great work Matt., this is a great strategy. These stocks set up the best when we can align a market pullback and get a better entry near supports or as they hold major mas. The biggest movers as they  have the biggest earnings. Dan Zanger (Chartpattern) works on the same kind of names like IBD as I'm sure you know.
