Guys can you please give some good brokerage recommendations. I
had enough with AMERITRADE.
I had 7 figure gains in this run and I do a lot of momentum
trades. I always try to pull my gains out. This POS TD doesn’t let
me wire money out. I was on the phone total 12 hours in last three
days. They gave so many excuses and also wrong information about
wiring out money. The maximum limit is 250k for ACH out.
On top of all this their order execution is so f*** ed up.

I moved to E*Trade from TD, which was driving me nuts as well.
Couldn't stand the interface. E*Trade also gives you access to
think or swim and everything seem very intuitive. Happiest I've
been in years.
TDA has been terrible since the crash and the associated uptick
in trading volume. I logged on to see $0 balance in my
accounts, waited 40 minutes for a support rep, had the platform not
find the option that I am trying to get out of delaying my trade by
20min etc. They are dealing with a lot of novice
traders. The #1 uptrending article on their support page is
"What is a margin call?" :)
Yes I saw the zero balance tons of times. Only thing is that TOS
streamer doesn’t show that. So that’s reassuring. But it’s a real
f..ing pain to place trades in fast markets.

I believe I read that the viewing of their beginner webinars is up 30%. I think the lockdowns had a lot to do with this.

I've dealt with Td Canada Trust here in Canada and I'd say as far as service and platform zero complaints.
