The SSO end of day system bought yesterday at the close, it
entered 30% of it's position, so if you were trading 10K in a
system, you would buy $3K of SSO basically.
The system scales into trades most of the time with the max of 3
entries. It doesn't always enter into three positions, sometimes it
enters only once, sometimes twice, and sometimes it will enter all
3 times.
1st entry = 30%
2nd entry = 40%
3rd entry = 30%
The first entry can be a little early, as you can see right now
SSO is below the entry price from yesterday so if you wanted to
follow this system, you could still buy. I will follow
up with the next entries if it enters again etc.
The SSO end of day system bought at the end of the day. I
had a bug in my system and it wasn't updating the chart, so when I
closed the system and turned it back on, it shows a second buy
now. I think I have figured out the bug.
Yes the market is closed, however you can still buy after hrs if
you wanted to follow it.
Buy#1 = 30% of position, (occurred yesterday at the close)
Buy #2 = 40% of position (occurred today at the close)
matt, you posted on may 5 @ 6:16pm that SSO system buy #2 had
bought 40% on close of trading on wed, the day before the crash,
but never updated what the system has done since...interested in
seeing the results
Matt - if your EOD system is buying the bounce, is your intraday
SSO system doing the same? I thought you had mentioned that
it had switched to shorting the bounces? Can you please
clarify?
my point was this morning, that the price of SSO this morning on
the gap down was below entry price of the system at the end of day
yesterday, so you could have bought better than the system,
you of course choose to do what you want. entry was 42.2

Here's a page with some Statistics on it
Below are some statistics and some chart examples. The average time in the trades are about 12 days, so it's a swing system
