$THBR I've posted how low

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 9th of Mar 2021 at 10:21 am

$THBR I've posted how low risk this was pre-merger around $10 recently with significant dd including the $2.5 billion backlog and the global chip shortage. Analyst started with $17 target today. a 70% move from that area. I'm usually early with my dd, even before a lot of the analysts get to the party. And that is a very good thing. Risk/reward.

Thunder Bridge Acquisition II started at buy with $17 stock price target at Benchmark

$APTS congrats if you are

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 8th of Mar 2021 at 02:30 pm

$APTS congrats if you are still in the trade with me from the $5 double bottom call area. A nice double and sweet dividend along the way. Should be worth more still if the market holds up, though getting very overbought here short term. Risk/reward

Wow that is a cool story. They are no joke. Look at these highlights, not to mention they have a five year lockup for sponsor shares, some of them not vesting until the company is worth $30 billion. Unheard of stuff. Here's some more of note:

Intends to operate clean, quiet and affordable air taxi service starting in 2024

First company to agree certification basis for an eVTOL aircraft with FAA

First company to be granted airworthiness approval for an eVTOL aircraft by U.S. Air Force

Company has strategic partnership with Toyota for production and recently acquired Uber Elevate

Transaction values combined company at $6.6 billion post-money equity value, and is expected to provide approximately $1.6 billion in gross proceeds

Includes $910 million of fully committed funding (inclusive of an $835 million fully committed PIPE) anchored by strategic partners and institutional investors including Uber Technologies, Inc., The Baupost Group, funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, Fidelity Management & Research LLC and Baillie Gifford

$TTCF last time this overshot

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 5th of Mar 2021 at 06:20 pm

$TTCF last time this overshot its 200 day ma, it went up $12, so speaking of symmetry or measured moves, that would put it at $29s next time if it plays out. A really great risk/reward given their growth, $200 million cash, no debt and expanding into dozens of major grocery chains. Earnings are March 10th, so be aware of that if playing it. Amazing products. One partnership with a major pizza chain or other player and this explodes to $35. A few fireside chats next week as well.

$ARKK updated chart. I gave

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 5th of Mar 2021 at 06:11 pm

$ARKK updated chart. I gave it this morning to watch and made a buy in the $111s as it was a 30% correction from the recent highs. I like to dollar cost average this way rather than just be on a monthly program at any price, this is my twist without having to sit in front a screen all day. I set levels of 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and buy that way. Preset orders, preset amount. I'm holding for 5 years on this one and believe I will more than double my money. Cathie is a great active manager. I love not having to do the work after buying.

Your welcome. RTP is a great company. Do a little research on Joby Aviation and who the investors are. An incredible risk/reward at these levels. Went to $17 when they announced. To be able to buy it down here is amazing.  I have warrants , shares are great too

Thanks for staying up on these Matt, I'm looking forward to the trades when they trigger. The success ratio has been pretty high on the conditions.

$SPX after the week we

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 5th of Mar 2021 at 05:28 pm

$SPX after the week we have had, I will take this rally all day. Had more than a few good trades as I'm sure many others did. I figured the rally was coming today as bearishness was extreme and we were already oversold. I didn't think we would retake the 50 day ma so quickly though. I know we aren't out of the woods, but bulls had conviction today. Say low volume or not, the price is the price. I did put on some hedge again into the close after a few nice trades on it as well. Saw a lot of the spacs bottomed as well, not that they had much to lose at the $10 area. Seems WS was determined to bring every company premerger regardless of fundamentals down to $10. I mentioned I saw capitulation in the warrants and that turned out to be the right call as well. Will continue to monitor. Interesting today that the market actually rallied back above the DVT price of 3,790. So the system I'm sure like traders can get caught in a whipsaw occasionally. Still a really good signal on managing long term money. Can't get hurt in a big way, which is always job #1 protecting capital. Then onto job #2, make money via great risk/reward setups.

Setting up a beautiful buying opportunity, would love to see the 200 day. But I would buy the TRowe price Health Sciences fund right here. Great cost average buy for the long term at a healthy discount

$ARKK  made a cost average buy at  $111 .79, which is a 30% correction from the highs. Never seen it this oversold and a 26s on RSI. Wow. 5 year hold for me.

That more than answered my question

$ARKK, saw a retest of

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 5th of Mar 2021 at 08:51 am

$ARKK, saw a retest of $114s premarket and finding trading support here on the S1 pivot after a near 30% correction from the highs. RSI only 29 here now. Could be a nice bounce play if the markets hold here.

I'm sure you were. Speaking of that situation with him and others, wonder why nothing has been done about their relentless shorting of stocks over the years? I would like to hear your thoughts on it.

He left twitter after that recent mess with his short positions. I'm not convinced they got hurt though as much as advertised and sure they find ways to make it back for whatever they lose here and there.

Thanks again, I appreciate the great information you share here. It is very helpful in my analysis of the market overall and this sector.

I'm feeling very good about my THBR position now, particularly noting that President Biden just signed the executive order to address the chip shortage. Seeing your SMH chart and the bottoming of THBR premerger here, with their $2.5B backlog. They will become Indie semiconductor when the merger is completed.

Best part is, the more advanced vehicles get, the more they make per car. Its a top 3 holding for my individual names in spacs near $10. Another lifetime opportunity to invest in my opinion. Game hasn't even started yet at these prices. It was near $15 just recently when they announced. To be at $10 with the same fundamentals is staggering. I'm amazed. I've posted significant dd on it on the blog maybe a week or so back. I wish there were a way to tag posts or when people reply to them to have it come up as an alert. I miss a lot of replies and posts here because I have to go through the whole feed to look for them. I guess one way is to just communicate through private message. Some things I think are very beneficial for the group though, so I keep it here.

Thanks for the great information on the semis. If I recall correctly, many traders/funds typically look for the the semis to lead the market rally, "come out first" sometimes as a signal for an investable bottom. Would you agree that is a true statement relatively speaking?

Thanks for sharing the chart. As always, look under the hood and you will see very impressive fundamentals. It is what I focus on primarily when I start my lists. Then we just wait for attractive prices if we ever get them. We sure have them now on more than a few names. That list I shared has more than a few multibaggers in it.

The profit moat around DGNR is amazing. This isn't some hope it will work business. It is well established and growing in a high demand global market. 96% recurring software revenue, 20+ consecutive years of growth. CCC has 34% adjusted margins. I love that they serve the "boring" P&C insurance business. The need to assess/process claims faster and less expensively is enormous. Their technology is sticky and makes doing business easy. I've spoken to some in the industry on both sides of serving the customer and it is all they have used for years. Their US business is impressive, though I think many miss that 4 out China's top 5 insurers use the CCC platform. There is risk with any investment, though I'm not sure what else can be done to remove risk from this one. Lifetime opportunity for an investor. As you pointed out setting up as a pretty good trade here as well. Someone made a huge buy yesterday, millions.

Not sure if you saw it, though I made it clear there were all exceptional investment ideas. I encourage you to do your own dd as always.

$ARKK bouncing off the S1

Posted by fundamentalvalues on 4th of Mar 2021 at 11:13 am

$ARKK bouncing off the S1 here and oversold, obviously the general market will play a factor here as well, though a set up nonetheless for potential long/swing. I'm long some in the IRA with a 5 year horizon that I bought here.

You are welcome Matt. Glad I contribute the ideas to the community. I appreciate  you and Steve
