Matt,  that's important, risking only as much as you should per your account size. I was referring to the liquidity aspect. You could probably put $100k on a trade, but I'm guessing you would not try that size on a small stock like CHFS. How do you determine your position size when liquidity is the limiting factor?

I've been using  Medved Trader (free version) to monitor some watchlist stocks. I like the color code he uses in the "Last" column. The percentage green shows how close to the top of the day's range price is at currently.

or maybe "UpandDownMonday".

Matt what do you use as a data source for Medved? I'm trying TD Ameritrade, but the Vol % isn't showing up on anything but SPY.

I use Interactive Brokers with Ninjatrader 8 charting. Works for me. I mostly daytrade futures (still working on consistency)

Goldnice, isn't the percentage of retracement of past highs more important than days on a calendar? The market has been moving much faster percentage wise (when it really gets moving) than it ever did, say pre-2000, up and down, correct? 

I wonder how committed they are to that schedule. When the market starts to dive and President Trump starts to yell, will they fold like the house cards they are?

Tough to bet against Daddy Warbucks Fed when they're in prop mode.
