i'm not saying to catch a falling knife, i'm saying that we
should be vigilant for some sort of a sign for a reversal...thanks
for that info about the symmetry also...
here is a show of feb gold today and volume has been huge with
four consecutive hours having following volume, 34k, 32k, 25k, 25k
and now still open for next hour...
gold topped oct 5 and after 3 months (jan 5) 84% of all
corrections have been complete in the history of gold and the
DSI(daily sentiment indicator) was 9 yesterday for gold, so it
should be lower today...
basically, i think we need to look for a good entry point for a
possible significant rally...
it seems to me that the TBT should have been down yesterday, but
was up and it's up again today at this point...could you look at a
chart of TBT and give me your opinion?
the commercials were long right before the start of the bull
market in 2001 and it is not NORMAL for them to be long, it is
normal for them to be hedged (which some people call short),
they're NOT SHORT since they have the product. They are usually
hedged since that is their normal routine.
Here are charts of the feb gold contract and xau from 2001 up
through last year, and I used 2001 as a starting point since that
is when the bull market in gold began I believe.
If we continue to stay on course, with QE3 now beginning (I
believe it starts next month, i.e., November) the price of gold
should continue to stay on course.
the Daily Sentiment Index for the US$ is getting to levels that
are very rare and there should be a bounce coming in the near
future...next week maybe?
I just received my tax return for
2011 back from the IRS.
It puzzles me!!!
They are questioning how many
dependents I claimed. I guess it was because of my response to the
question: "List all dependents?"
I replied: 12 million illegal
immigrants; 3 million crack heads; 42 million unemployed people on
food stamps, 2 million people in over 243 prisons;
half of Mexico; and 535 persons in the U.S. House and Senate
and 1President.
Evidently, this was NOT an
acceptable answer.
I KEEP ASKING MYSELF, WHOM DID I MISS?

Fractal Gold Report If it happens again, Gold will be around $2,700 in mid-2013

FIGO, here is a chart of gold in the cycles that you are talking about
the little green triangles at the top of the price indicate a new closing high in the last 21
months
it looks very similar to the cycle from 2008 to me
the reason i stopped at 20 months in 2013 is because june is usually a poor month for gold but may can produce a high
$BPGDM down to 48% from 62%
