Looking for some suggestions from anyone on the blog...I have a
22" monitor that I use to trade from and really need to be adding
to that. I just bought a second 22" monitor and a 28" monitor, I
want to sewt up 3 monitors on my one computer, most people I speak
to have no idea to set that up and others say I need to have a
custom machine built with lots of power and special video cards to
support 3 large monitors...any suggestions from anyone that has
this type of system set up? Thanks!
Go to Amazon.com or google StarTech USB monitor. You can add
these to a USB port. They work great. Several to chose from and
several can be added. Can be used for laptops or desktops. No fuss,
no muss. I use them.
Hey Bill. Check on Amazon or Ebay for a Matrox Quad Card,
and if you can get someone to add/install the card, you can use 4
monitors with one PC. Do a little research to make sure
you get the right one. My friend got one from an Ebay seller
in England for less than $50, and says it's worked great
for years.

Bill - if your pc has any pci expansion slots you can stick
another pci based video card in there and have 4 monitors running
off one computer. It will cost you about $50 for a decent
card.
i recently upgraded two PCs and each run two monitors using one
of the aforementioned graphic cards. My guess is that they
will have products rto power 3 monitors.
good luck
