SKF reversed in one candle. Luckily - for ONCE - glad TS did not
have shares for the short and I wasn't prepared with a trade at IB
so I got to miss out on that one. It happens though. One of them
pays off usually although I have had BOTH incur losses. That's when
you know you've had a not good day in the market! LOL!
ralph- well one of those indicators is the profit curve. In
TS you can see the profit curve from the strategy report, however
this is the profit curve on the chart with MA's on it. It's
nice because you can see in real time how the profit curve
looks/etc

It's nice to have the MA's separate from the chart like you have
it. I'm always fighting a candle to see if they've crossed,LOL!Does
anyone know if you can set it up that way in Strategy Desk?
If you create the MAs as custom indicators you can put them in a
separate pane from the price action. However I think the most
accurate and easiest reading is by creating a color band below --
see the color band that changes as the MA's cross. At the right of
the color bar is the reading for an indicator that shows the
percentage away from a cross. This takes a little setting up but I
created a step-by-step write-up on it which I'll send to any SD
user that PMs me their email -- if you just say "Great send it
to me" I can't do anything
gotta love when the mechanicals
