    Padres Pirates series has been wild and this game is no exception! Thankfully I've been on the right side of things as a Padres fan (haven't been able to say that often in a lifetime of Padres fandom)

    Padres doing great this year - my son was drafted by Padres but turned down to go back to college.

    Congrats Steve!   - I suppose if A or AA ball was all he was going to get, collage ball and finishing or adding to his education was very smart I believe.  My daughter did similar with collage soccer.  Rather than going pro overseas, she is using her last year of college eligibility to get an MBA.

    yep is very cool - Steve and attest, I remember when he as going to many games and practices throughout the week and weekend, both him and his wife, I remember when they were little boys, now grown men
