Reddit has never made money

    Reddit has never made money and I'm doubtful it ever will (like Twitter, but actually worse at being profitable...which is hard to pull off).  So, it will probably be up 200% or more by the time it closes today.

    If you put your company HQ here, your focus is probably not on making money. Lots and lots of young, wannabe socialist, vegan, TSLA driving, software engineers crossing their fingers on hopes for a big pop today - dreaming of an upgrade to Rivian and moving out of Cali to vote for progress in other states while driving housing prices higher with their IPO winnings.

    Didn't know making money or being profitable was a even considered as a factor now ...   All we need is a story and a ticker to bid up  ....

    though bad enough that I'm in 'sinking ship' Illinois, but that's because of parents, my dad recently passed, but my mom is still alive and I help take care of her
