Matt, what do you make of EEM - the drop back into the flag?
Sell or hang on? It's already down, so I'm thinking put a stop a
few cents below today's low. Thoughts?

Thanks, all, did not check but will next time. They readjusted
the chart to account for the dividend, and it's now just a tad down
from yesterday, instead of way down back in the flag.

You didn't even have to be long EEM today to receive the
dividend. For EEM, the ex div date is typically 6 or 7 days before
the payable date (today is payable date). Holders of record on the
ex div date will receive the dividend whether or not the still hold
the stock on the payable date as long as they held it through the
ex div date. It's rare, but sometimes I will use that fact to
game the system...the latest example for me are some bonds funds
that have a monthly payout. If I'm going in to the payable
date with a small capital loss on the books (often from the last
div), I'll often just take the loss, collect the div without taking
the hit to stock price and reinvest in something similar to avoid
the wash sale rule. Pretty easy when there are so many matching
products these days.

Ex Div Strategy - charts like this are sort of calling out to be
gamed. The trick is finding an alternative to swap into, but it's
not that hard these days.

always look first for a dividends guys
EEM dividend of 0.58 cents, that's 1/2 the reason for the drop, EEM is down about $1, so the dividend is 60% of that move
assuming you are long EEM coming into today you'll receive that dividend
You didn't even have to
