Steve's week to do the newsletter so I'm getting chores done
around the house. The weather is starting to change, so I got the
car all cleaned up before the winder, refreshed the ceramic
coating, looks good - should be protected against the snow and salt
(that is if we get some this year or not)

you gotta sometimes tune it out or you'll go nuts, focus on
yourself and friends and family
It's important to zen out w a sport, imho: I spend most of my
summer weekends chasing lower lap times at my local track w a great
group of friends. Weekdays after the close: dirt time on the
KTM.
Yes I used to have a BMW M3 convertible, and yes the type R does
get better gas mileage, but it's a completely different experience
and I had 4 BMW's previously so I was ready for a change. I as
missing a manual stick shift and was considering an M2, but decided
to try something new with the Type R.
The type R is super light, 3100 lb it's basically a
go-kart. it's known for extreme handling, they only come with
manual. The Type R is actually very practical, the hatchback and
ability to fold the seats down I can fit an amazing amount of stuff
in the car, I put a whole dresser in the back one time. The back
seats also have a lot of room unlike the M3. I will say that while
the M3 did get attention, the Type R is crazy I can't go anywhere
without someone asking me about it or trying to race. I will say
that the looks are a bit over the top, kind of boy racer, also the
crazy color almost looks like a wrap
Got it(pictures). Nice. I like your garage and the
floor. Spend some of that money from the trades, right?
Take some off the table for yourself, family and others.
