rental market in Texas.
Here are some comments from another friend in Miami and that
market for ownership:
The average house selling price is above 500k.. typically 3-4
bedrooms are 800k and decent over 1M.. I got here about 5 yrs ago
and house that were 300-400k are now close to 1M.. it’s nuts…
professionals can’t afford to buy.

Up here in Toronto we peaked out in March and now are in
correction mode. Average drop has been 20% but still way over
priced imho. Unfortunately now in the downtown core there are
bidding wars on rentals.

Give it 6 months or a year and check back on prices. The housing market is softening. Rapidly.
Granted, some places will hold value better than others, but I believe prices will head down
