by the way on the downtrend here's a sum total of all the sub
systems that did trades:
SPY - Trend/Pullback (exited on the Jan 12th lower high bounce)
then QE BTS and RSI Oversold
ES - Trend/Pullback, same trade as the SPY, as well as QE
BTS, RSI Oversold, but also Bull Exhaustion, and CCI Div
so on the ES side of things two sub systems caught trades that
the SPY versions did not
I wouldn't mind having all of the subsystems (at least on SPY)
send trades separately and then one can choose to trade in smaller
increments on the etf portion if necessary since there would be
more trades. I know you said you were considering that. I
thought that's how the original system worked but not sure about
that.
I know personally, I prefer certain subsystems over others and
that would give the subscriber a choice to trade their
preference.
also remember that all the subs systems are their own systems,
made to stand on there own. it's the shotgun approach - the more
systems the less likelihood of getting killed if one system has a
bad trade, others make up for it
Thanks for the work on the SPY/ES systems. I for one would
appreciate all the sub-systems being reported on for both SPY and
ES. I do have a trading plan I stick to on these systems and prefer
having all the signals.
I t sure would be great if we could the official ES trade alerts
as well! I know you mentioned it, but it definitely would help give
additional trading alternatives. Thanks for considering
it.
