current warrant value implies stock price of 13.04 +/- for BE (i.e. current intrinsic value is 0 until stock price exceeds $11.50)
UWMC implied p/e is higher than peers PFSI _ COOP _ RKT
I'm up 37% so far on my position, happy to trail it all up now. Love buying things when nobody believes that have supporting fundamentals. That RSI was in the low 20s. Hilarious risk/reward opportunity.

eventually setting up for 2008 MBS Crash the sequel?
