warrants expire in Jan 21, 2026 , (terms 1 wt + 11.50 = 1common sh) so really an out of the money Leep option today
current warrant value implies stock price of 13.04 +/- for BE (i.e. current intrinsic value is 0 until stock price exceeds $11.50)
UWMC implied p/e is higher than peers PFSI _ COOP _ RKT
