I guess that means you can sell them short but not buy them ? and that`s free market ?
So retail can't buy them but allow hedge funds to buy to cover their shorts?

Amazing to watch from a safe distance.... TD Direct requiring 100% margin this am for GME, EXPR & AMC, little bit late on that restriction.

CHWY ex CEO long at $8 and change since Aug 2020 so he did well if he can exit somehow
