Bezos still owns 10% of AMZN. Has been selling about $1B each year to fund Blue Origin. Also does plenty of planned selling to fund charity. His timing has been good... sold $4B in Feb...
His timing has been pretty good agreed. Could have done a little better this time around. But hell, it would be nice not to miss $300 million!!!
AMZN insider selling not much of an indicator.
+/- $300 million approx 0.15% of AMZN share value still held by Bezos. (reported at 53,827,411 shares).
Don't think he is too worried about timing the market top :) Hard to swing trade your 54 million share position.
wow, it's up 10% since he did that practically. Means he left over $300 million on the table.....
