yep but still dealing with TS technical or any support is annoying.  99% of the time I figure it out on my own because I don't want to go through the pain of being on hold forever or trying to explain to the dumb tech guy who doesn't listen to me anyway . But yeah makes it harder now since they are not in office

    Matt, see my note to Steve below. I've used the call-back feature a  couple of times and it works well. The downside is that you sometimes have to wait an hour for your scheduled call back time, depending on how busy they are.
