Guys - dealing with a login issue with TradeStation which I need
to resolve and they don't even take phone calls. Beyond frustrating
so will be away until resolved.
yep but still dealing with TS technical or any support is
annoying. 99% of the time I figure it out on my own because I
don't want to go through the pain of being on hold forever or
trying to explain to the dumb tech guy who doesn't listen to me
anyway . But yeah makes it harder now since they are not in
office

Matt, see my note to Steve below. I've used the call-back
feature a couple of times and it works well. The downside is
that you sometimes have to wait an hour for your scheduled call
back time, depending on how busy they are.
