non market comment, as you some of you know I've been dealing
with this basement issue, had a big flood last year, and then we
had a second problem with a sump pump. I had to move all my
computers upstairs last year, was no optimal, had computers in my
bedroom and also the dinning room - kids running around, wife
bugging me ha, the ability to concentrate was greatly reduced.
Finally getting the basement back -the contractors are finishing up
today, however my room was finished on Friday so I moved one of my
computers back. When I was upstairs I had gotten used to a
couple monitors because of space, now that I have all those screen
real estate again I'm not used to it yet, lost as where the best
places on the monitors to place everything LOL. Obviously this is
far better but today I'm still getting back used to it.
anyway those monitors are much larger than they appear, the
middle one is a 38 inch ultra wide 3840 x 1600, the top one is a 34
inch ultra wide 3440 x 1440, the left one is a 41 inch 4K 2160 x
1920, and the right one is a 30 inch 2560 x 1600 or about 19.3
million pixels
the desk is a power standing desk. I've used them for years. I
was having a lot of back and neck pain because stitting I would
tend to hunch over and roll my shoulders forward, that all went
away with the standing desk. the desk is power so if I want to sit
for a bit just press a button
I also just bought a under the desk treadmill - so plan to walk
on that hrs a day, I have a stool so I don't have to walk all day
obviously but heck even a couple hrs could help me drop some
weight. I'm here all day and time is an issue trying to do cardio
at the gym so why not. I'll take an image of that once I get
it.
anyway off topic, glad to be away from all the chaos
distractions upstairs so I can focus better again

Transitioning to standing most of the day has done wonders for
my back. I don't even have to do stretches or core exercises
anymore; I used to have to do both every day to keep lower back
pain away.
thx the best treadmills are the Lifespan TR1200 or iMovR
ThermoTread GT (this one is expensive but is the best one) or if
you wanna go cheap can try one of these 350 ones on Amazon
