The SPY Swing System will execute a new Long position today at
the close if the SPY closes below $144.81 and above $144.57.
Not the tightest range we have seen but definitely one of.
This Long
trade will represent 100% position for the Single en
try
systemand 40% for those following the Multi En
try. As always please
trade as you see fit. We will send another
alertONLY if the
trigger price changes. Otherwise you should
consider this
alertthe official
alert. As always we will also be answering
questions and making comments on the SPY section of the Trading
Community.
"...if the SPY closes
below$144.81 and
above$144.57"
That says you EXCLUDE the zone in between those values. Based on
this a trade SHOULD have been made today.I missed seeing this til
much later so no harm no foul but I suppose "below" and "above"
were transposed????????
Looks like late night I am dyslexic and blind. When I read the
alert now, it seems that I transposed the numbers in my head and
not the other way. 144.81
ISlarger than 144.57. Perhaps I just expected the
lower number to be first, but it is all
my ERROR. Oh me of little faith in you
guys!
In preparing to try and respond to your first post I did
something which may be a nice add for the future which is a
graphical representation. Unfortunately a live intraday
stockcharts chart will only work for people with an SC subscription
but the image might help which I can post on the board. Let
me know if you guys would me to add this to my alert posts!
**Note this is from yesterday and is not an alert for
today!!**
also it's probably better that it didn't take a trade today,
because it will make it a higher probability trade if it takes a
long in the future on a further pullback

And this is a bummer

And this is a bummer because my designated SPY swing system money is tied up for it's 3-day rest after yesterday's closeout.
Well we ended up closing

Well we ended up closing below the lower parameter so there was no trade and you didn't miss anything yet.
also it's probably better that
