6.5 % stoploss

Are we going to the -6.5% stoploss system on the next trade?  Not sure if the new system has been designed yet. If it has did the re-entery get fixed so we catch the big  profit trades that were missed?

    fishbait - IF it suits

fishbait - IF it suits your risk tolerance, you could use a hard stoploss: 6.5%, 10%, 15%, whatever you are comfortable with.  If your stoploss is triggered and you decide to exit the trade, you could get back into the trade IF it generates a subsequent entry signal.  That's a lot of IFs, and you'd be deviating from the system of course, but it's your choice, as has been pointed out here before.

Fishbait's point is that Matt instituted a 6.5 stoploss after the last trade.  In his recent SPY discussion, he says that he's changed his mind and is going back to the original system, without a stoploss.

Since this last decision hasn't been announced in a separate post, Fishbait is somewhat confused.

I don't believe so.  You may see follow-up and discussion regarding if you were following that rule what would be happening etc. but I think as it stands now the system will remain in its current state.  Matt also addresses some other thoughts and comments in his recent post which is currently up top as a sticky.
