If you guys want to laugh, take a look at the new home page
we are working on. There is a spot for customer testimonials
next to the login box. However my programmer must be having
fun, he added some filler ones there. They are hilarious.
Again these are NOT going to be on the final version, James is
obviously playing around adding them as filler text for now.
It may sound like hyperbole but I was
going to lose my house prior to signing up for Breakpoint Trades
Nightly Newsletter. Matt and Steve had me out of the gutter in
months.

I
Bought a Bently
That's right, a fucking Bently.
Thanks Matt and Steve, you helped me get my equity right.
James, I'm with Baker on his comments, have both pages up. new
page is getting lost in the contrast (too bright). current page is
more colorful, thus more 'interesting'. some of the rotating pages
need more color too. great start. like the testimonials
. can pm more after next set of tweaks.
if you'd like.
Oooh, never ask a graphic designer that question - I can't help
myself...
Okay, the background gray could be a tad darker, the contrast
will get lost between that and the white of the content area for
folks who have their monitors set on the bright side, which tends
to be a lot of people.
The headers in the rotating graphics ( Market Lab, Long-term
Tools, etc) looks very nice. Great color choices and type
style. The smaller text underneath is fuzzy and hard to read
- if you're using photoshop or gimp there is a text setting to
tweak that, or consider a different type face, the letter spacing
is also set a little tight which is contributing to readability
issues.
Using rounded edge boxes is a nice touch, and expanding that
to some of the older graphics you are incorporating will help merge
the two looks.
Nice job! Clean, nice images, lots of good info right up
front.
LMAO "Granted he could have just taken that damned instate
scholarship, but no it HAD to be IVY league, I digress. Thanks Guys
for your excellent insight in a difficult market."
This one hits close to home, shoulda bought more EMKR :-)
