I got out on Friday for a small win. Now the question is,
since it's gapped up, do I get back into the system trade at a
better price? Or do I just wait for new signal for a
buy? Matt?
Anyone notice that lately IB has had a problem with
shorts? Last week it was ERX and DRN. Today it's both FAZ and
FAS. Sure messes with the mechanical systems........
For anyone who prefers their economic data in pictures (charts,
graphs, etc), rather than numbers, here's a cool site that has
economic data on a wide variety of topics....income, taxes,
population, etc.
Anyone know about Bright Trading Group? Apparently they
fund traders and teach them to use their techniques and then take
part of the profits. Anyone know anything about them? Thanks!

Is the stock market even open today? All of my positions
are barely moving. I keep checking to make sure my
internet connection hasn't been lost! It's sort of
mind-numbing. Maybe that's why the crabbiness factor seems to be
up!
Maybe I'll take a break from the
computer and go watch some paint dry to liven things up.
After optimizing my automated systems, sometimes my best MA
strategy has the the length of the first MA higher than the
2nd. (e.g. 47, 23) Another trader told me that my
strategy is upside down and that this isn't a good strategy. Anyone
have any knowledge about this?

Anyone having trouble with AIG data in TS? I've shut down and have tried to refresh about 20 times and can't get data before mid-July.
