Matt - These are great, thank you.  If you were to short that open gap, it sounds like you'd take gains when price gets near the 50d MA, but where would you put a stop-loss?

the intra-day heads up are always appreciated even if they dont end up occurring, allows us to at least be ready.

Matt/Steve - Seems like put/call ratio remains elevated (1.3-1.6), any perspective on these kinds of high readings when the market is also trading higher?

The stats on 1st vs 2nd vs 3rd entries would be very interesting.  Seems like 2nd and especially 3rd entries almost always are big winners.
