Matt, on the ascending triangle you showed last might, looks like we bounced off  that 2580 lower line a little while ago. Do you figure that counts or do we need to do during live hours?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

I missed one of my favorite patterns on Gold this am. Saw it dropping periodically, but was messing with ES so didn't have a chart open. As a trader the kind of setup you dream about. 20+ points in 2 hours.

Looks like SPX headed back up to test the 20ma again. Will be interesting to see if it holds

Not a bad looking H&S on ES futures with line at 2250ish on 5min. Added to short here with stop at 2270. Is a little support at 2438 but below that smooth sailing for a ways.

Almost at it's 62% retracement. Commercials aren't very short however.

If we're going to get an EOD ramp needs to get started, lol.

Can't ever remember seeing this - Oil trading at 23.67 and ES futures at 2367.  Not sure why when I posted this, it moved chart I had posted in earlier post up to this one. Weird

LOL, was listening to newsletter, just saw this. Went long at about top of your last candle on your updated chart around 1am here at 2293.75.  Just moved my stop up to 2290. Will see if it get's any legs.

Update  - 2:20am - out at 2252, taking my points and going to bed. Got the regression line and 200 on 5min overhead here and it's been a long day.

Went to store this am early with my wife. First time I've been in a couple of weeks. Lots of bare shelves at Sam's and Publix.

Any of you gold guys got a feel for Gold here? Caught just one futures contract at 1459 this morning coming off lows, not sure whether to take profits here, starting to pull back some, or hold it for a swing

For those interested in a longer term holding: ET - Energy Transfer has gotten slaughtered along with all the other oil and gas stocks. It is a pipeline compression company, which means they don't really care what the price of gas is, still got to be transported.  People still have to have Nat gas even if they are at home. Stock trading just under $6, pays $1.20 dividend and even better the  April 6 calls are trading over $1. Even if dividend evens up being cut some, it's still a huge return. Has had huge insider buying past few weeks.
