20 year range on ES Seasonality

Sold some BOIL Sept $3 puts at .85 - if I get put that'll give me a cost of 2.15. I'll live with that. If not that'll be 30% in 6months  in a tax free acct.

Gold hit 2015 and about a 20pt pullback

Looks like a look below and fail at 3900 so far though. 43 pt bounce so far  and I sat here and missed it. 110 pt bounce on NQ - Did catch a nice short off of 40 - have a 15min ATR there and my vwap at 39. Good for 10 pts so far.

On that push down to 3897 on ES we had strong PD on both RSI and MACD on 3min charts. 25+ point bounce so far in 20 min

Just took out 3900 here at 4:15 Hit 3897 and a quick 10 pt bounce so far, but may just be back testing earlier trend line.

You're right Matt. That one was almost too easy. I just need one/day like that one on Es, Covered at 20.75 because I've got to leave.

Thanks Matt. I'm long from 3932.75, stop to flat now, we'll see. I trade mostly at nite and this is a big move for this time frame. Usually don't get this kind of action till Europe opens. Only news I can find is BOJ talking around 7:45 about continuing  massive easing. Gold and Euro down some, but nothing major.

Anyone see any news? 30 pt move down in past 45 min.

Gold moving towards support zone between 1798 and 1810. 50ma on weekly around 1809. Think we may at least get a responsive bounce from that area of some degree.

Based on the way it's acting if Natgas did fall back to monthly lows about a point lower, BOIL may go to 2-3 range. Not sure how they calculate but it's dropped almost 5 points in roughly a 1 point NG move.
