guys remember whatever your are following whether it be gold, or ES or ZM, or some biotech, just laser focus on one thing, that's all you can do in this market, don't try to be looking at everything.  I suggest you laser focus on one thing and respect your triggers. If Steve and I see something really standout we'll note it but we have the unfortunate task of trying to monitor a lot of things, you guys have an advantage by laser focusing on one thing.  Again everything bounced from the low, SPX and GDX. like I said I think what matters more is how they look at the close. Maybe a trade low is in this morning and you can have a stop. But it's too early to be calling that
