Latin America markets looking good again. I already have COLO  and some ILF.  Just added more ILF today. Brazil and Argentina look good as well.

Yes, ACWX vs SPY is still OK, but I would like it to turn up soon. 

That being said, I am still able to find few markets looking interesting and I am invested in these. 

The strongest are Colo and EWI. Both are still trending up by themselves and vs SPY,  but not so comfortable with the wedge in EWI. 

THD looks interesting, as it is poised to break out vs SPY. 

EWH may have a double bottom vs SPY, worth a shot. 

With strong USD since the war and recent crash in Korean market, International markets seem to lose their momentum vs SPY.  Emerging markets and developed markets overall do not look impressive.

Yes, I completely agree with your macro vision on international market outperformance. I am holding and continously looking for strong markets outside US. Here are few the strongest ones I am  holding. You can see the theme here... these are the countries investors hated the most 10 years ago. 

DB and NMR,  foreign bank stocks. I have been holding for a while. Both a little extended for intermediate term, but long-term still has potential.
