I believe the states have to take the federal mortgage assistance and help their people (both landlords and tenants). That's the solution in my opinion vs another moratorium which is causing the real estate market to be convoluted and not normal. 

I don't think Biden has that power and the Supreme Court has blocked the CDC from doing so. So unless Congress and Senate pass something quickly the eviction moratorium should be lifted.

BTW, they own Hubzu which is an auction house for distressed properties. I am in the real estate field and finding more Hubzu properties coming back up...they had all but vanished before.

That is a really interesting study. Maybe can be used with the other SPY system trades. I've been using that as a way to get back into the overall market when I have cash out. It would be interesting to do something like you do with the SPY system; 1st day buy single etf, second consecutive day below double etf and so on. 

VIX is up today and back inside daily bb(s)!  Does this hint at a market pullback?

I'm in for the long haul too...so far so good! I noticed a big bump when they came out with the research on cannabinoid uses and forming a biotech to study it. 

I'm trying to visualize where the neckline is, right here?  Excited it's seeing some upside! 

I sold half my position in CRM on the breakout because it seems like all these techs have been having fake breaks. I put a stop under today's low for the other half. Please don't take my advice as it could go to a zillion now...the chart looks pretty good but sure has a long consolidation. 

Wondering if it will sell-off in AH if we don't get that news!

I think the DVT did technically get  hit on the two hour SPX chart. Low was 4118 with DVT at 4121.  (so slight but still registered!)

I just sold my ONE litecoin I bought on Coinbase for like an $85 - 85 point gain, LOL... Now if I had only applied my usual trade size it would have been quite a nice trade! 

I'm not sure either but something seems like it has to give sooner or later.  Matt/Steve, any chance the exhaustion short SPY system might take a trade?
