Thanks Matt; I know that gets kind of crazy there at the close!  Added to the position with QLD on Friday near the lows. It helps to know the SPY system is in a trade even if it didn't take an official position on Friday.  I've sold some, kept some...so far nicely profitable.  

I took Steve's general advise and sold some earlier this year on technicals but retained some and added to as a core holding.  If we get another rally, I will lighten up again but still retain the core holding. 

Makes sense re: market breadth. I couldn't help myself and bought a little more here at .73 cents today. Not advise for a purchase, just think the tax loss selling is overdone.

Adding to or just holding?  I added some last week but even that's underwater...if we believe in this long term, which I do as well, than this is probably a killer price.

Wow, GRYN leaking oil....anyone still in this? I'm position sized and see this as a core holding but wow, some news might help support the stock price here. I also realize that tax loss selling may be a factor. BTW, I have written to the company and they were very responsive and sounds all good for the future so I think fundamentals are there.

Not that I do a lot with options but sell calls and do occasional collars and rolls, but especially for rolling calls I find TastyTrade platform (called TastyWorks) especially helpful. The website is the best for options education too, imo.  The guy who started this website/platform was the one who wrote the TOS platform and sold it to TD Ameritrade. 

I'm putting this comment out there because Matt had been asking about strategies using options.

CCI and QE BTS have never done me wrong....just saying....but I realize nothing is perfect and the market is in a vulnerable spot. I did like seeing the smallcaps catching a bid and some divergences on the 2 hr charts

Matt/Steve, any further entries on the Spy system today? I'm assuming you would let us know but there has been a lot of chaos today. I believe I see some divergence (positive) building on the 2 hr chart on the indexes.  It may be my imagination but I see smallcaps catching a bid as well. 

I saw an email for one system that triggered, the trend pullback but did not see an email for the QE BTS or the CCI. Did you send those also?

I'm happy with the one trade though for sure!

Please keep us posted if any of the spy system trades are triggering today.   Thinking down into the close would make for a nice rebound day into TG.  :)
