Neg. D. can also work on volume vs price. This chart, personal standard deviations on the Keltner channel.

Always nice work, thank you.

Always nice work, thank you.

A very simple scan is a comparison of Slo Stochastic 5,3 # neg vs # pos crossovers. You would be surprised at how much it tells you about what indiv. stocks and groups in the market are doing.

Congrats on that. Respectfully, not sure it has to be that complicated. Anyone can set up a simple spreadsheet with an input of their fav indicators. Keeping track of them every day can give you a great idea of where the market is. Use a numbered system if you want. Colors can help. So a  simple look gives you a great aerial view of the market. I do it every day.

Whenever my SloSto 5,3 Wkly is O.B. I am always cautious and heavy in cash.

Speaking of indicators...

I'd also add that the more breakout failures you are seeing is an indication of just how weak the general market is. The opposite also holds true.

Another great answer to a Q regarding B/O failures. (not mine)

Just my 2c. What I see traders doing is taking trades while ignoring market direction. Your chances are slim when taking breakouts when the market is overbought like it is now vs back on Jan 9th when the trend was just starting. 1. You can't trade stocks in a vacuum. 2. There's no rule that you have to buy ANYTHING.  Most stocks trade WITH market direction. Just M.O.

Re option spreads. Good idea. Limit your risk. I sell spread prem. and collect it instead of putting up the $ for buying spreads.

Cleaning fees + Service fees skyrocket the original price. Even if you stay for a month. No thanks.
