Matt has been talking about it completing the wedge the past few weeks. It still has not broken out of the wedge.
Looks like Weat has completed the wedge. All it need to do is break out.

Sounds like a great idea.
Those trend line breaks seem to work so well and are very simple.
VIX up 10% and UVXY up 7.5%. So much for UVXY being a triple ETF mirroring the VIX.
Looks like the $RVX or the VIX for Russell 2000 may have closed outside its BB today.
