if if the market were to close about here, would the Spy systems do the second leg of the scale-in?  Or would a more substantial decline be necessary?

how would you analyze this chart?  When I first saw it (a couple of days ago) it did not yet break symmetry.  After a small retracement, it looks like it has met symmetry.  Would you count the retracement in the determination of symmetry or does it have to be a straight line move?  

From here would you treat this as a potential breakout above the horizontal like or would you wait to see if it continued up to definitively break symmetry and then buy on a higher low?

Why are taking the close of Jan 2 as the benchmark, instead of the close of Dec 31?

so is the ABC down no longer valid?  

nflx now at 330 in after-hours.  if it opens there and bounces, it could set up a nice head and shoulders on daily chart.

Is TZA bull flagging on the intraday Charts?  Could it be setting up an inverse head and shoulder on daily chart with today's high the neckline?

Thanx for the reply.  I was concerned that if we got a small bounce (intraday) it could set up a small H&S on 15 minute chart.  I am not sure if the formation will play out but if it does it could get to about (16.25) which is below the 9 ema.

Thoughts on cldx?  Daily Candlestick does not look good, but it had good volume going up and low volume coming down- intraday.

Are you still looking for a larger 4th wave move to the downside or is the action over the last couple of days finish it?  I didn't see any mention of it in last nights newsletter.
