Is TZA bull flagging on the intraday Charts? Could it be setting up an inverse head and shoulder on daily chart with today's high the neckline?
TZA definitely not a bull flag intraday (too deep of pullback). With that said, it can certainly form a higher low so monitor for any reversal signs.
