a target of .73 On this initial move gold will be back thru
$1400 in no time. A big positive this AM is that Silver is
leading. Really need that for a good move in the metals.

With Matt putting EGO on the trade ideas list this am, may want
to take a look at others as the metal stocks are breaking out
relative to the metal. Very positive.

Keep an eye on SWC with Palladium breaking out bigtime this
am. Pretty much only Palladium company outside of
Russia. Can & has had big moves in the past.

You may want to look at the metal charts themselves. A
large percentage of silver and golds moves happen in overnight
trading therefore the SLV will have gaps all over the place.
What about the gap up at 24-25.5 back in april of last year?
That hasn't been filled yet either. Gaps in stocks would be
something that would be helpful, not so sure about commodities.

Don't look now, but silver has rallied 30 cents off of its low
this morning. The silver stocks acted very well yesterday
with both gold & silver getting hit. If silver/silver
stocks lead it would mean this pm rally after short correction
would be very powerful based on the past.
I can't tell you how many times I have seen someone try to use
this pattern to predict it was going to happen again. It
started after 1987 crash and everyone trying to predict the next
crash. There have been people trying to use this on the Dow
and S & P for the last 5 years. I would take this with a
grain of salt at best.
