I can't tell you how many times I have seen someone try to use
this pattern to predict it was going to happen again. It
started after 1987 crash and everyone trying to predict the next
crash. There have been people trying to use this on the Dow
and S & P for the last 5 years. I would take this with a
grain of salt at best.
