Anyone else notice that upward jolt of SRS at EOD?

I did not see that, sure it is not a cumputer blip of some kind?

I'm using Ninja and IB for data.
Its unusual that I would get such a jolt creating long candle tail and everyone else didn't.
A quirky data feed incidence is all I can think of.
