Hi Brophy, do you know the thread title for this indicator from

MMM -yeah stopped out for a -2.4% loss, small loss, the system
did it's job, the previous twp trades were nice winners,
gdragon28 - it's clearly just some average true range system -
there's dozens on there, you can find either indicator or system,
but as a system most are not not profible over the long term - why?
Because an indicator on its own is not a profitable system, just
like if you used the MACD crosses to go long or short, yeah you'll
get some good trades, but the whipsaws will kill you, you need
other logic, filters, and rules. Same for an ATR, system, it won't
be profitable on the long term without other filters and rules
along with it.
yes patellee - you have to be extremely careful about
repainting! A lot of the systems on TradingView that show amazing
stats (I saved a few of those before), they all repaint and would
not trade like that in real life - the stats are BS.
