    FDX 20+ higher

    Just a general question for

Just a general question for anyone who has a thought because it comes up during earning season sometimes and I go back and forth. In this case, regarding FDX, loved the chart, great call by you guys as usual and I played it for a nice gain, but despite research, didn't feel comfortable holding into earnings. Completely understand that's a personal choice and related my level of risk etc.  Anyone that did hold,  what was your strategy or what was it in this case?....do you play options, hedge?,  did you expect good numbers and let it rock?...just trying to learn and maybe, if comfortable, make a different decision next time that would allow me to realize this puppy's earnings gain....appreciate any and all responses, Matt and Steve, you guys are awesome!

    Yes it's a personal decision

Yes it's a personal decision and one that I would only partake with some knowledge backing. On FDX the Skew was very positive and analysts upbeat prior. No guarantees but that's some supporting facts.

Agreed, i make a special effort to know when the earnings are for any trades I am in.   Even with "advanced knonwledge" THEY still seem like a crapshoot.    I believe that traders who are really gamblers, tend not to have long term success
