Might get more than a little bounce if DJT's enemies want to swoop in and control his fate down the road.  Seems like a no brainer if you're spending billions already to control an election. Just manipulate the stock at the last minute before the lockup expires and bankrupt the dude trying to pay a half a billion fine for a victimless crime. This is a game changer for him...if it holds. So why not make sure it doesn't hold?
