nice catch on URA, it had sold off after losing that 50 MA into
a demand zone, and had some MACD div on the 60 min as further
evidence of a bounce. Otherwise I don't know if this is just a
bounce, the chart needs to heal now, so it could bounce but then
probably needs to chop around for a while to build a base or
pattern
